The neoGEN® Series is an advanced medical system that uses a unique form of non-invasive electric signal therapy called Electric cell-Signaling Treatment (EcST). The neoGEN® system and its original models were first introduced by RST-SANEXAS more than 20 years ago, and they have continually evolved with advancements in technology to provide the best possible outcomes for patients.
However, the principles behind this type of therapy—known as electromedicine—are far from new. Electromedicine has been used for centuries, dating back to ancient civilizations that explored the natural benefits of electrical currents for healing and wellness. Patient protocols depend on the indication / condition being addressed and are at the discretion of your provider and / or treatment facility.
Typically, patients are treated 2 – 3 times per week for several (2-12) weeks
More is not always better.
In some cases, sensory level dosages are optimum for improvement. It is always suggested to follow the direction of the clinician treating you.

I just wanted to say thank you for this machine! It's changing my life! I was diagnosed with CRPS after a failed surgery in June 2020, and was left with minimal options and told I would suffer with this the rest of my life. I was defeated, depressed, and giving up hope. 2024: I can tell you that since my treatments, ive not had but maybe 1 or 2 small flare ups which are much more tolerable that what I was going thru when it all began! I thought that the pain from cancer surgery, then radiation burns, then chemotherapy was the worst pain I could have. But then the pain and neuropathy in my feet from chemo started, and I KNEW what the worst pain was. “With a severe case of Hallux Rigidus and big toe joint pain in both feet I was referred to treatment utilizing RST Sanexas neoGEN therapy. Before the therapy, walking was difficult, painful and unbalanced with chronic pain radiating from both Hallux joints. It was painful and difficult to walk in a straight line. I’ve been having a lot of lower back pain on and off for the last few years because of the nature of my job. Some days are especially painful and it’s only seemed to get worse with conventional treatments. I want to try something different so we set up a session. “In Feb of 2024 I suffered an injury to my right arm. As the initial injury began to heal I noticed my arm begin to get stiffer and stiffer and harder and harder to move. After about 10 weeks instead of the pain decreasing, it steadily became worse.
I decided to make an appointment to see my GP. Went to my Dr., and was referred out to an Orthopedist for more testing and an MRI.
Once the MRI results came in, I met with the specialist and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I was told the treatment can take anywhere from 6 months – 2 years. I was prescribed physical therapy and asked me to come back in 3 months for further evaluation.
